Midpoint


Alyssa's Update:

I added terrain to my part of the level where the player is outside. It needs a lot of filling in and decorating, but for the most part these are the final assets that will be used and this will probably not change too much (hopefully). Things that still need to be done are some animations and particle effects to juice up the area,  as well as fill up so it isn't so open. General things that need to be done on my part is the ambient music for both the inside and outside portions of the level, and other sound effects that may come up (one that particularly comes to mind is the skeletons). Check out the first three images above to see the progress.


Evelyn's Update: 

I added basic assets to the temple part of the level but it still has a long way to go in terms of extra decorations and animations. Particle effects could also be used to draw the player's attention to important objects such as the idol or other power ups. For the next couple weeks, I'll be working on filling up the space with more decorations, adding a ceiling, lighting, and an end environment to the temple portion of the level. 


Maddy's Update:

I actually have been having technical issues so I was not able to update as much as I would have liked. I did get the damage somewhat set up. The traps are all hooked up with damage but i have not yet added combat so the skeletons won't hurt the player as of right now. I was also able to add a door animation to the end of my section of the level and was able to get the floor puzzle set up. I will be updating soon for combat more animations and checkpoints. I also will add the last part of my puzzle soon.
